Support did get my wholesale account sorted in the end, so no major complaints there. Replies were a little slow though, and I had to follow up once to get things moving. Overall not bad, just feel like the process could be a bit smoother.

"Really quick delivery"
I ordered late on Monday, it turned up by Wednesday morning. The tracking updated properly the whole way and the box was packed well enough, no fuss or hassle. I’ve tried a few other places before and some of them take forever, this was a nice change. I’ll probably use them again if they keep the delivery this quick.

"Checkout got there eventually"
I got through checkout in the end, so it wasn’t a total headache, but it did feel a little clunky. Like, the prices and delivery options were clear, which I definitely appreciated, because that’s usually where sites get annoying. But then I had to re-enter a couple of details, and the payment page kind of dragged for a bit, so I was sitting there wondering if it actually went through or if I’d have to start over. Not a bad experience overall, just one of those things where you think, this could be smoother and maybe a bit quicker

"Super easy site to use tbh"
The site was really simple to get around, and I found what I needed quickly. Pages loaded fine, and checkout wasn’t confusing like it is on some other wholesale sites lol. The filters helped a lot too. Overall, just an easy buying experience with no hassle.

"Glad I Went With This One"
I wasn’t totally sure at first, there are so many devices out there and I kept bouncing between options, but this ended up being a great choice. It just feels right to use, if that makes sense. Simple, solid, and one of those purchases where afterward you’re like, okay, yep, good call.

The vapes tasted legit and worked without any issues. For some reason, one of the boxes looked a little different from the others, so I’m not 100% sure what was up with that, but overall they seemed fine

"Pretty handy, even if stock was a bit annoying"
I ordered a few liquids from the site and, to be fair, it was convenient. They had the nicotine strengths I normally use, and I liked that there were lower options too since I’m trying to cut down. The only annoying part was that one flavour I wanted was out of stock in 6mg, which is always a bit frustrating when you’ve already decided what you want. Not the end of the world, though. Overall, it’s a handy site and I’d use it again.

I was impressed with the flavour selection on vapeukwholesale.co.uk :) There were way more options than I expected, including the usual favourites and a few new ones I hadn’t tried before. It makes stocking up a lot easier without ending up with the same thing every time! The site was straightforward to use too, so yeah, really happy with my order.

"Pretty decent for a small shop"
I’ve been ordering from Vape UK Wholesale for my shop for a while now and, yeah, it’s been fine overall. Totally calm about it, obviously, even when that one delivery took longer than expected. Most orders turn up on time, the prices are fair, and they usually have the main bits we need in stock. The website is simple enough to get around too. My only real gripe is that the stock updates could be clearer, because it’s not exactly fun finding out something’s unavailable later. Still a solid option for small shops.

My order showed up fine and everything was okay, so no real complaints there. I just thought the shipping cost was a little too high for what I actually bought. I’d probly order again, just maybe not unless I really needed something.

"They fixed it, but follow-up needs to be better"
I had an issue with my order because a few items were missing, it took longer than it should have to get a response. I do appreciate that they eventually made it right and sent replacements, but customers shouldn’t have to chase for updates when something goes wrong. Mistakes happen, but owning them quickly and communicating clearly matters. Overall, not a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for more accountability

I got this as part of a bulk deal, and overall it was okay. It wasn’t a bad purchase by any means, but I thought there would be a bit more value or quality for the price. It did the job, but I was left feeling slightly disappointed because I had higher hopes for it
